Our recurring cleaning services help busy homeowners stay caught up without spending evenings or weekends trying to keep up with the house. We bring our own supplies and follow a consistent cleaning checklist, while also allowing for homeowner-provided products when requested.
We are dedicated to providing superior client services through our customary Total Home Detail 5 Star quality cleaning.
Recurring cleaning typically includes:
CLEANING AND DUSTING:
- To allow for proper cleaning and dusting, a reasonable amount of items will be removed from their original location and replaced to their general area.
- Note: For the respect and safety of our customers, it is recommended pet friendly homes provide/allow THD staff access and use of their vacuum(s) for cleaning services within their property.
KITCHEN:
- All surface areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Complete cleaning of sinks and organization of counter tops.
- Dishes left the sink will be cleaned and placed in the dishwasher/dish rack (limited to one (1) small load)
- Stove top surface scrubbed and cleaned, hood wiped clean
- Exterior cleaning of all appliances. (Interior cleaning of appliances available as an add-on service)
- Microwave exterior and interior cleaning
- Floors are swept/vacuumed and mopped
- Trash disposed/changed
LAUNDRY ROOM:
- All surface areas are cleaned
- Floors are swept/vacuumed and mopped
