We follow specific guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction with ever service provided. We are fully equipped with our own supplies, however, at the homeowners request, specific products may be used to provide the service necessary. (Specific products provided by the customer/homeowner) Our existing clients benefit from our flat rate cleaning and are able to choose how often their home is cleaned as we offer the following frequencies; Weekly, Bi-monthly, Monthly or Custom Scheduling (Note: Maintenance Cleaning to follow first initial Deep Cleaning or Move In service)

- To allow for proper cleaning and dusting, a reasonable amount of items will be removed from their original location and replaced to their general area.
- Note: For the respect and safety of our customers, it is recommended pet friendly homes provide/allow THD staff access and use of their vacuum(s) for cleaning services within their property.
KITCHEN:
- All surface areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Complete cleaning of sinks and organization of counter tops.

Exterior Detailed Preparation:
- Exterior walls are pressure washed and inspected for cracks and necessary repairs.
- Landscaping rocks and ornaments are pulled away from home.
- Walkways and are plants covered.
- Windows and light fixtures are taped and/or covered
Post Painting Services:
- Tape and debris is removed from
- Rooms are returned to their original state.
- Landscaping rocks and ornaments are pushed back their original state
